    Yeah...

But more likely would be him missing a block or blocking the wrong guy and getting a key run stuffed or a penalty. Even more scary would be him running the wrong pattern and Collins throwing a pick 6 because of it.

Fisherball is built on not making mistakes so keeping rookies off the field is supposed to help limit mistakes. Unfortunately, our vets are making TONS of mistakes and they have been killing us!

Does anyone else think that Jeff Fishers philosophy on playing rookies somehows stunts their growth? I dont know..im one of those people that always felt like the best teacher is hands on..and thats getting your jersey dirty on the field. Guys are going to make mistakes..rookies do it..vets do it..its apart of the game. But why not let these guys make their "rookie mistakes" while their rookies..so that way they can learn from it and be better the next time

    I dont know..just a random thought lol

Well QBs I understand why some franchises have them sit a year because of the learning curve..im on the fence when it comes to qbs..but in general if they've shown they can make an impact find a way to get them on the field. It seems like our guys rot on the sidelines..unless they make such a great impact early on he cant sit them (ala CJ)

Because he's been great at run blocking for us, and we seem to love running until 3rd down.

He fumbled in 2 games that I can recall, no reason to stone him. Kerry seems to love using the TE's as his checkdown's. Blame Alge for not tucking the ball away better. Blame the coaches for not emphasizing it. But I don't see a reason to start Cook over him yet. After all, I saw the ball pop out on him as well last night. :grrr::grrr::grrr::grrr: happens, Crump won't be here much longer. Better pray we don't say the same about Scaife.

Not that I disagree with you but Kenny Britt was on early (dropped a simple catch). I don't know if he was on after that since Collins seemed to look only to one guy the entire game.

I'm not a Crumpler fan. I think we have far too many TE's to begin with. But the fumble was helmet to ball. I think the Defender saw an opportunity to put his helmet on the ball. Great play by him. Crumpler is partly to fault because he is was not looking at the defender, but that is always going to be a fumble no matter who it was out there. The only thing Crumpler could have done was see him and move the ball out of harms way. One thing I do like about crumpler is that he immediately goes to his stiff arm every catch. I don't see why more WR's don't do that too. You know someone is going to be right there. Anticipate it. Throw the stiff arm out there immediately. Regardless, I want Crumpler and Stevens gone. We don't need them. Nor do we need to be looking for our TE as a primary. We need to be going down field.

"I somewhat think Cook may have not mastered the playbook "

Playbook?! playbook?! You're talking playbook?! What playbook?!! :)

I'm beginning to think those things they hide behind are actually menus from Outback.
