Just think- in 2 weeks, I doubt you'll have but maybe 4 or 5 people that disagree with you.

hey lets fire fisher and move chuck cecil to head coach...WAIT NO! LETS BRING BACK NORM CHOW AS HEAD COACH!!! ..come on guys..stop crying FIRE FISHER because we dont have the playcalling of a superbowl team..fisher is the glue that is holding this team together right now..do you realize how bad it would be if he was to be fired right now? we are 0-4... there are games to be played..you panicing like 12 year old girls who just saw a bug on the school yard...i mean damn...we should be asking for chuck cecils head not fishers. but ofcourse the panicing titans fans at the back of the forum wanna see a new head coach right away because lord knows jeff fisher sucks at being a head coach..i mean he is the one making the playcalls that dont put our players in a position to make plays..it bothers me how people can just forget theres more then one coach that needs to be taking responsibility...

Fisher is responsible for Cecil. Like it or not. That's the responsibility of the coach. There are NO adjustments made. And this isn't a new thing- our talent just compensated for his crap schemes last season.

fisher didnt exactly have a choice when finding a new defensive cord... we always freaking go inhouse...look who we got on offensive..we couldnt even get someone new we brought back dinger...i mean when are people going to realize we play football with a defensive first mind set..we go play defensive and we run the ball...without our team playing defense we cant win we never had the type of offense to go throw 50 points on the board and let our defense suck...Fisher gives people chances...coaches included..Cecil was a db coach and he used to play football! he was a beast so im sure you would think he could make the right play calls....WRONG! why wouldnt fisher look to him when we needed someone...we dont go out of house often with coaches..

You have no clue what the hell you're talking about so please stop talking. Fisher had no choice because he HAD to hire someone inhouse, LOL. He's not restricted by who he can choose, he can bring in anyone he feels will be the best coordinator. If he is limited to hiring in house coordinators, how did we end up with Dinger? Wasn't Dinger the coordinator in Denver last year? Was Norm Chow in house?

Special teams play: F and not getting any better. I've never understood how in the hell Alan Lowry survived 02-06. Pacman and Carr saved him I guess.

Offense: lost Heimerdinger to Jets, Chow fired. No real improvement. McNair's peak had us as a top scoring offense. Not much since. Heimerdinger back- and we're sucking with excellent personnel

Defense: shaky start for Schwartz, but a top 10 defense. Cecil looks completely inept.

Fisher himself said this current roster has more talent than any other team he has coached. EVERY phase of the game is bad and performing worse each week. The buck has to stop with Fisher- he is ultimately responsible. He is just over 500 with wins, has a <500 playoff win percentage and one SB appearance.

It IS valid to question whether he continues to be the right man for the job, but certainly NOT just four games into the season. IMO if he can't get this team to win 6 games at the season's end, then it is time to get a new HC. We have several key players that won't be back after this year. It would be best to re-build with a new HC, new style and new vision.

Fisher didn't have a choice? We always go in house? Give me a break. Fisher had his pick of anyone that was available. No one was forcing him to promote Cecil. What's it gonna take for some of you Fisher fanatics to admit he's a big part of the problem? We all agree Cecil is horrible. But Fisher is the one that promoted him. And that's but one of the many mistakes he's made lately.
I think part of the problem is that people like Fisher so much and he's the only HC they've known as a Titans fan. I like Fisher as a person. I really do. But how long are we going to give him a free pass just because he's a likable guy? 16 years on the job with one SB appearance... only 2 playoff wins in the past 10 years... 0 playoff wins in the past 5 (going on 6) years.... an 0-4 record to start what was supposed to be "our season". Tell me, what other organization would let this fly?

BINGO !!!!! Nobody is willing to change. I dont wanna hear that theres NOBODY else out there. Where did a Mike Tomlin come from? Rooney saw something in him went with it and he seems like he has a darn good future ahead of him. There are other coaches out there but if people are so afraid of change..we'll never get anywhere. Heck JF has that same problem and looks how good its payed off?
