The main thing for me is for us to take really good care of the ball and also cause a couple turnovers, a pick six and a fumble would be ideal.

As long as Collins has a good buzz before the game and maintains it throughout the game,i like our chances..

I hate to say it, but the Titans are going to get owned badly in this game.

There was NOTHING in the preseason that showed me...

1)Our offense can do anything impressive
2)Our defense can pressure anyone, much less Roth.


We failed miserably in the Preseason on all accounts...what makes you think we can take on the SB champs at THEIR house and all of sudden be a different team?

I know one thing though; I can't wait to see the game. This game, In my opinion, will be a barometer of how our whole season is going to go.

 

you do realize Fisher does absoutly ZERO gameplanning during the preseason - None, zip, zilch. Heck against the Packers the insurance salesmen were playing before the half. Preseason, at least Titan/Fisher style, has no bearing at all on anything except player evaluation.

 

Gameplan or not, they showed nothing that inpsired me.

 

well fair enough, except I think your expectations were too high.

Fisher seems excited about the squeeler game, he usually has a good read on the team

 

my keys for a Titans win..

-protect Collins so he has time to pick the Steelers pass D apart..and don't let Collins go on a Jack Daniels bender before/after the game
-running the ball is key (duh) and hopefully CJ doesn't get hurt
-pressuring their overrated qb to force him into mistakes
-keep the Steelers ground game in check..don't let Parker use his speed at all
-If VY comes in immediately convert to his old Texas playbook
-probably the most important is to strike first and often..keep the crowd out of it because you know they're all gonna be pissed about the terrible towel thing (I mean it's just a yellow towel whats the big deal)
