I don't think Vick will ever be an effective QB again. He was stinking it up before all this.

Why would we replace one inaccurate QB for another because thats essentially what your doing? At this point in their careers,Vy is probably faster and more then likely has a stronger arm then Vick now that hes been away from the game for some time, not to mention hes almost 30. Rather keep VY as crazy as that sounds and hope for a miracle.

I think someone was bored when they started this thread. Oh yeah, you think its possible Peyton Manning retires and then comes back as a Titan?

Roddy White played 2 seasons with Michael Vick.

He became a star wide receiver only after Vick left. He was far more successful catching balls from Joey Harrington. That should tell you something about Vick's abilities as a quarterback.

In what way was Vick stinking it up?

2006 was the best year of his career... he would only go up from there. It's a damn shame what happened. He was always so entertaining to watch. The best of Vick is certainly long gone, but I think he can come back and be a solid QB for some team... a backup if nothing else.

I'd be for Vick more than against him. I'd rather have Vick on the roster than Young if that's any indication of where I'm at. I think Vick is a better passer than he's getting credit for here. I wish there was some way to deal Young. Right now were stuck burning a roster spot on him to avoid the brunt of the full cap hit. If that's true or false I'd appreciate an indication either way, but that's the way I interpret it. I'd welcome Vick ASPCA be damned.

I've always wanted to punch out a protester anyways.

T.O. wants NFL to reinstate Vick now (AP)

Terrell Owens wants Michael Vick to be reinstated by the NFL immediately, and suggested that any thought of extending the quarterback's suspension would be similar to "kicking a dead horse." Speaking after the Buffalo Bills training camp practice Sunday morning, Owens also referred to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell's handling of Vick's status as "unfair." Vick met...

It's not not like he got injured or anything. There shouldn't be a huge learning curve of any kind. He's still young. Hell, he might have his best football ahead of him still.
