    I don't think it's that surprising. It's hard to keep getting a faster sell out every year. I'm just glad that it wasn't that much of a drop. A three hour sellout is still fairly impressive. I do think that the weak schedule has some effect, both for local fans and away fans. There are plenty of people (especially since we're just talking about buying single game tickets) who just buy the most exciting games. If there are less of those, then there will be more games that have less demand, so it will take them longer to sell. If someone will buy a ticket to any game, and gets online to buy them at 30 minutes after it starts, and can still buy Colts or Chargers tickets, then they'll buy them. That same person last year might have had to just take whatever they could get because of the demand.

    i agree . . . i mean we have sold out 114 straight games at LP field. what more can you ask for? they may have slowed down, and that has many variables to it, but overall the support of the titans is very impressive, i think.

    Technically I'll be in Oilers gear... but I figured it qualified for the terms of the bet. Absolutely bring your camera... you should record the Colts victory to hold it close to your hearts :p

    We were discussing availability of Titans tickets on CF the other day. We are planning on a larger group heading down for this years game, but we have found tickets aren't as easy to come by as they were in the past. I find it amusing that you seem to be worried about exactly the opposite.
