She may have acted differently in that situation than I would, but if you put me in a situation where I 100% feel that you are going to kill me, there's no way in hell that you would be telling or forcing me to do anything.
In fact, the longer one waited to kill me, the more inclined I would be to charge them and take the gun away. They might get me, but hopefully the struggle might leave damning evidence for the cops.

True he looks like an idiot, but I dont think they can rule out, him or the friend yet. Besides IMHO however did that really knows how to handle a firearm. Two shots to the chest, two to the head, is pretty decent aim, and very personal. You may unload a magazine on someone entruding on your house, but not put four in someone you have been in a relationship with. Someone may have come in on them, and opened fire. But this is all purely speculation, the police will realease the information soon enough, I just realy do not think it was her. To much points at the exboyfriend, and his friend.

It just pisses me off that we lost such a good person, for whatever reason, none can be justifiable. My thoughts and prayers go out to Steve's family, teamates, and friends. This really is a tradgedy. Steve was the hero of the Titans, and now he lives on in legend.

I swear, I saw on CNN where they were interviewing a reporter from WTVF and he said "Kazemi was an exotic dancer". Not that I have anything against exotic dancers, but the fact is, if you know anyone in this profession, they arent the most emotionally stable people. Forgive me for the stereotypes. I'm just speaking from experience in regards to all the ones I know.

    18 for rifles and shotguns
    21 for handguns

    Good call there.

I think she would have had to be 21 to buy a gun. Unless she got it from an unlicensed seller (which I think is against the law), but common.
