Wang has never pitched well with extended rest, you give him 10 months off and well....

When the sinker doesn't sink, at all, then he's no better than a pitching machine. I'll admit I didn't think he would be this bad but I did think he would be bad. Give him a month or so in AAA and see what happens. It's not like he lost "it" at 29 years old.

I happen to flip into that 2nd inning. It was pretty funny. But I can't blame the pitchers. The short porch is a haven for pop fly home runs. It's a lot like Colorado right now. I'm not sure what to make of it. I think they will need to make adjustments to the stadium because it's a bit ridiculous. Both Colorado and Houston made ball park adjustments when they were out of control. Ad Yankee stadium appears out of control. And they say the summer will make it even worse with the trade winds.

I was laughing hard ... if you think the new Yankee Stadium is a bandbox now ... just wait until it starts to warm up ... that place will make Colorado look like a Single A Stadium for Manny Ramirez on a rehab stint

Yea no kidding. They have to change the stadium in the off season. I mean I love home runs but this is out of hand. I heard somewhere that most of the home runs hit in the stadium would be outs in 29 other parks. I mean, were on pace to have 689 home runs hit in the stadium this year. Obviously there wont be that many but even still that's about 4x what you would want it to be.

I'll be loving the stadium once May rolls around. Tex will start to heat up, and ARod will be back off the DL. I'm banking on them carrying my fantasy teams over the summer.

You would think they would remember the O since it looks a lot like 0.

    sigh...

Nats have something like the 2nd best offense in the NL but are failing to capitalize no it because the bullpen stinks it up..

hopefully the new moves will send the right message to players. That Zimmermann Kid that pitched a gem last night is showing some real promise winning his debut. He was throwing gas..clocked in at 96

The Nats have a lot to look forward to. Strasburg has been touted as the "best prospect of all-time". According to Peter Gammons, he could be their #3 starter right now, and he's still in college. 100+ mph fastball, mid-90s slider, plus change, and plus curve. He's absolutely nasty. Just pray the Nats don't screw up and pass on him.

So far this year for SDSU he's 8-0, 1.28 ERA, 121 Ks in 63.1 innings. Wow.

Went to the Angels game last night. Probably the most excited baseball game I've been to.
