Colts re-sign OLB Hagler

Davis signed in Houston while Keiaho remains on the market.</p> <p>Hagler missed the start of last season as he recovered from pectoral surgery, but ended up playing in nine games with just three starts. In 2007, he played in 12, starting seven.</p>
