I'm not a big fan of fast food joints but they are lifesavers sometimes after a heavy night of drinking....

Yup. After a night of hard drinking there's nothing better than a two cheeseburger meal and a supersized drink from the old golden arches. Kisses the hangover away.

beef is not beef. mcdonalds makes burgers out of spleen. please.

the guy can head to longhorn, have himself a rib-eye and potato and green vegetable and be far better off. As far as calories and fat goes, it what he's not eating. Fast food meat is just rubbish slathered in oil topped with a salmonella latent tomato.

I'm a little surprised that the team doesn't seem to have any input on his diet.

My other halveworks with the wife of a pro soccer player. His diet is ultra strict and healthy all year round.

No alchohol, oatmeal, pasta, lots of fruit and veg and high quality protein. His team has a nutritionist on staff.

His attitude is that his lively hood depends on him being in the best shape he can be in.He can drink and eat crap when his career is over.
