Did the TOMB die?

What up my fellow TOMB'ers! I have to ask before the season starts. Does anyone on here do look-a-like threads before each game? That was my fave part of being on the TOMB, when I'd start the look-a-likes.

 

Let's hope so. That would mean that no one would ever have to endure Yvette's douche-baggery moderation.

I'll tell you what I tell everyone else with that mentality...
It's an anonymous internet forum. Why does anyone feel the need to rule one with an iron fist. It's not like we are all in the same room to where we could throw punches at one another if we disagree about something.
Just exactly what is your definition of 'chaos' in a virtual chat room?

I have been a member of both this board and the TOMB for a long time I was / am more of a lurker than anything. Y'all can bash all you want, the mods over there were doing what they were instructed to do and were doing it for free. If you were a douche bag, there you got banned. Let me be square I love those folks (Yvette included) and y'all are welcome to your opinion, but they have supported me in my ups and downs and my feelings are seriosly hurt to see the board go.

 

was part of the reason that yvette was strict because it was the "official board" or whatever ?

 

I'm here! Personally I'm very sad to see the TOMB go down, i got most of my Titans, and other NFL info there and saw it more as a pooling of resources community than anything. I never saw too much wrong with how it was run and never got any grief from the mods so I don't see what the big deal is? I just wish they would of given us a heads up or somethin. Oh well, time to move on i suppose.

 

what was the deal with tombtruths.com all you tomb raiders? what was that all about? did you ever hear of or see that website?

ndndixie started a website a while back. it was a little message forum. she told me about it here and I went and looked at it. I was just wondering if anyone else saw it. I guess it was supposed to be a splinter board or something. I don't know why it is no longer up.
