He's not a bad player, he will be pretty good for the 9ers but I'll take Holt the other 81 over Jones.

I really couldn't care less. His time here was done. I hope he makes the pro bowl for them. he sure wasn't getting any better here. if he does succeed there then its in part because we let him go. getting fired (or not being wanted) tends to make you focus more and try harder sometimes.

i wish him luck w/ the 9ers though.

I think this will be the year everything clicks for him (I know I know, been sayin that for a while now) He now has the opportunity to actually be the guy. He was really coming along making key catches at critical points, and i'm sure he'll have success in San Fran

Getting Holt is key to improve, so if we get him, I wouldn't really worry that much.

So if CJ bombs the rest of his career (very possible, depending on blocking), his celebrations will be dumb too?
I don't think BJ's were that bad. He just got excited, so he'd jump around after the play because he knew he could have turned it in to something more, but didnt.

haha. I don't know. When Lendale breaks 80 yarders, you've gotta wonder if CJ is just a product of the system, right?
I thought he was strictly that until the Ravens game, where he actually broke some tackles and made great cuts.
Hopefully that's the real Chris Johnson, instead of the one that looks like he needs the blocking to get good runs.

What I like here is our consistency at downgrading the position of WR. Just when you think we couldn't go any lower, we do. We are now starting #3's as #'1's. What I appreciate most is that we are trying to get back to the point where we start undrafted qb's at WR, because ultimately, that's where you need to be. And we are just not there yet. But getting ever closer. A complete lack of movement is paramount.
