I got these numbers off of NFL Today on CBS today. It's the five teams with the most salary cap room for next season as of right now.

    1. Arizona $41.7
    2. Tampa Bay $37.8
    3. Tennessee $32.8
    4. Kansas City $31.6
    5. Buffalo $29.4.......millions of course

I think Tennessee has some money to spend on Haynesworth and a top receiver.

Bear in mind that we have a lot of space because a lot of players will be out of contract.

There are more players out than these I've listed but these are the ones I'd try to re-sign.Hentrich might retire but if he does we'd still need a guy to replace him.

    Albert Haynesworth
    Kerry Collins
    Craig Hentrich
    Chris Carr
    Bo Scaife
    Rob Bironas
    Daniel Loper
    Vincent Fuller
    Brandon Jones
    Eric King
    Kevin Vickerson

Collins, B.Jones, Carr, Bironas, Scaife, Haynesworth, Vickerson and Fuller would all be nice to keep and minus JMac.

We should have a lot of cap room even after the signings and knowing us it will stay that way because signing big free agents isn't something we do.

Eddy, while I agree and wish every now and then we would go get someone, it seems to be working. I like our formula.

I do too. Especially if we don't win it all this year, there's a few guys who could really help us.

There is no reason to not lock up hanesworth, collins, scaife, carr, bironas, fuller,b jones.
Hanesworth will be the hardest and the key on how we draft and free agency..

I just dont understand why people think Big Al is going to be worth the money he will get.

Like someone said in another thread. He will be a 10 game a season player and only go hard 1 every 4 downs. That is his M.O. That is who he is. That is what some one will get. I dont want us to get in CAP trouble because Big Al played hard in a Contract year. Am I the only one who sees him laying on the field at least once a game causing the TV to go to a commercial. EVERY FREAKING GAME! Sometimes more than once.
