What a fun crazy day in college football.


I'd say the Big12 appears the best conference in college football right now, at least until their powers play each other. I give them credit for winning the games they should.

LSU/Alabama is going to be one hell of a game.

Crompton Sucks. real bad. real real bad. Bring on Nick Stevens. And Foster should continually get less carries.

Kodi Burns should start for Auburn. How is he a liability to their passing game? Chris Todd is nothing good. How much worse could it be with Burns?

The power in the SEC has shifted, well I guess remains, with the West.

Penn State looks like they will beat Illinois, will this be the last hurrah of JoePa?

The ACC is flat out horrible.


The top5 in the polls will look like this next week:

3) Missouri

5) Alabama




Although I wish teams that I root for were doing better, I'm still enjoying the craziness.




With the BCS system we have, it really makes the games interesting. If there was a playoff game, the impact of these losses wouldn't be as big. Georgia would think "that sucks, well we'll still make the playoffs". Now they think, we're done, SEC championship is still an option. I mean, I think a playoff done correctly would be better. But I'm just saying, it really makes the losers feel these losses even more.

 

Chris Todd- throws the ball so high he can kill a bird
Tony Franklin- dumb*** play-calling
OL- can't stop holding
Ben Tate- not good running out of the shotgun
Playmakers (Burns, Fannin, Dunn)- They got the ball alot yesterday but not enough overall touches during the season.

Solutions:

Start Kodi Burns
Put a formation in under center
Make the OL regret every holding call
Start Lester and let Tate get it under center most of the time
Fannin is Auburn's most dangerous weapon. Even bigger than Dunn. He has to be on the field alot more than he has.

I think Kodi Burns will eventually become starter. We'll get better as Franklin understands his players and abilities. The Defense was great yesterday.Wes Byrum has to get his game back for us to be successful. Clinton Durst is way better than Shoemaker. I hope Lester will be fine for next week.

 

just got back from the Notre Dame - Purdue game...

got to meet some of the players and stayed in the same hotel, shouted something to golden tate that he heard, gave high fives, and Notre Dame destroyed the boilermakers 38-21 so all in all a good weekend.

you were close, but i don't know why you would think LSU would be higher then Bama after Bama blew out Georgia.

Ohio State has been a joke. WTF are the Vols. Didn't you guys lose to an unranked pac 10. You talk about the pac 10 being weak, the vols lost to an unranked Pac 10 team. What does that make you?

 

Bama, LSU, Georgia, Florida, Auburn, Vandy, Ole Miss, and Kentucky. All in the top 30. No conference is better than the SEC. Every conference game is tough. Except Arkansas.

 

College Gameday in Nashville next weekend...and i have tickets....Go Vandy!

 

Ohio State and Tennessee are both jokes...Ohio State does nothing but schedule cupcakes and jogs there way into the national championship game, then gets molested by whoever they face.

Tennessee is and as long as Fulmer is the coach will always be a run first, top 20 at best football team, because that type of offense they run isn't explosive enough to get it done anymore.
