King Henry offered to teams @ the combine

Henry only gets traded if someone offers a ridiculous haul.

The conflicting reports don't scream they're trading him, imo. Seems like they're listening to offers, as they should for ANY player. I'm sure there's been offers before.

 

Unless Ran is one of those analytic guys we've been asking for, who wouldn't believe in paying top dollar for a 29 year old 2 down RB.

They could trade Henry for a 3rd or 4th in a move that would be more about saving cap than any draft returns.

 

2 down RB that rushed for 1500 yards and 13 TDs on a bad team.

Find somewhere else to save cap space. A 3rd or 4th round picks is giving Henry away.

 

Miami seems to be all in, this year, so who knows.. a 2024 3 rd round pick seems about right to me

picks if we turned around and traded for Austin Ekelar?

 

No, because Ekelar plus a draft pick does not equal Henry’s production. And, we’d have to pay Ekelar more than Henry. Seems pretty real dumb.

Legitimate question: With the changes in offensive line toward more pass blocking and perhaps more agile, less powerful linemen, it stands to reason we are moving away from power/gap running to zone blocking with single cut and go type runs...Can Henry do this at this point??
