    The problem wasn’t the QB in the playoffs, just like he isn’t the problem now. It was the horrible play calling, just as it is now. He had a 104 QB rating last week and the offense was terrible because of the play calling and the fact there is rarely an open receiver due to the terrible system. That playoff game was probably the worst of Downing’s tenure and that’s saying a lot, so you can’t blame Tannehill. Who calls a high risk WR screen after you have ran it all the way down the field to their red zone?

    My biggest issue with Vrabel is, when something doesnt work he wont just say "Ok that doesnt work, lets try something else". Nope, he has to double down on it and prove to everyone that it really works even when it flat wont work.

    Downing must really talk a good game, as head coaches seem to love him. Here is a link to an article when he was promoted to Titans OC that talked about him being the the most hated person in Raider nation for taking them 6-10 after being promoted to OC in 2017.

    The prior year the Raiders were 12-4 under a different OC. I think the Titans went 12-5 last year based on talent and a great defense- the offense never looked right. He's the reason why. I know Tannehill gets a lot of flack for the playoffs, but I give him big credit for doing as well as he did in the system last year.

    2 defensive hold calls in the final minutes gave us life... regardless of the Downing Effect...the kicker blew it
