If it truly was an injury/recovery thing, then I'm ok brining him back. But I don't buy this long snapper excuse.

 

I think it was Mickey Ryan on 104.5 that said if the Titans wait to sign Gostkowski until after week 1, that means his entire salary would not be guaranteed. If they signed him before week 1, it would be. Maybe they're waiting until after week 1 to sign Gostkowski and rolling with McCann or Ficken week 1?

 

IMO screw Gostkowski and if you don't like what we have in camp now find another decent kicker that gets cut every year. Not like Gostkowski is some super stud anyway and his best days have passed him by. I'm ready to move on. Imagine waiting to sign him so his contract isn't guaranteed because...... he might suck and need to be cut?

 

Any info on how McCann is? I know kickers can get really messed up having their plant foot landed on.
