    Also on Thursday, Titans signed defensive lineman Jullian Taylor, who spent the past three seasons with the San Francisco 49ers.
    A seventh-round draft pick of the 49ers in 2018, the 6-foot-5, 280-pound Taylor played in 12 games during his time with the 49ers, and he tallied 13 tackles and a fumble recovery in those contests. Taylor, who played collegiately at Temple, spent the 2020 season on the Physically Unable to Perform list before being waived.

    He meant wrinkles but in this context it is a requirement. They cam just resign either of they want but citring them was not a choice.
