Let me caveat this by saying, I like listening to the PFF podcast and think they have some good insight. That said, they're completely blind to the fact that the run game still matters. They've conflated running backs not usually being worth being paid, with the running game not mattering. This is just a wrong take and is proven by the teams in the playoffs last year - TEN, SF, and BAL were all tops in the league in rushing yards per game and efficiency.

Unless you have a Pat Mahomes, the running game still matters. And last I checked, 31 of 32 teams don't have a Mahomes.

We invested in pounding the rock and bombing it deep to the guys we already have. We got a young, good corner to replace an aging vet, and a better compliment to Henry in the run game. It was a solid draft.

    Not an A+, but a solid B.

I will add it is very hard to get an A+ when you are picking so late in the draft. Too many picks ahead of you route your decisions. Also, the bubble heads who grade these, have no idea what FA plans a team may have that colors the choices.

We are paying Kelly 3.5m this year, 6.5m next year and then he can be cut for almost nothing. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. I keep pointing this out, yet everyone says hes making 8m.

Thanks for filling me in. We can blame 104.5 the zone for this inaccuracy, because they repeat this number often on their shows. $3.5 is much better.

Like most on here, im going B/B+

The day 1 pick at first was a head scratcher - we were all hoping for something a lil 'sexier'.

But the more i thought about it, the more it made sense. Wilson completely fits our scheme and identity.

I was a little surprised to see us not go WR or Edge after round 2, which I always thought had to be pencilled in for a DB after we went OL in the first.

That said, we only had 7 picks and 3 of them were in the 7th round...

Cant be mad at this draft, we filled 3 needs (DL depth, RB2 and CB), added to a position of strength (OL) and picked up a few projects - which was always going to happen in the 7th.

I am going with a C+. I am not overly excited about anyone we picked. Hopefully I am proven wrong.

Fulton is a day one upgrade over Ryan imo.

Evans is a huge upgrade over Lewis. Which isn't saying much, Lewis being completely useless. But if used well (a big if for the Titans) he should add a dimension to the offense. I hope the get a package going for him early.

Wilson will be important for us by years end. Either because of injury or because he beats out Kelly. Run blocking is where we live and die. I'm sure he will always have a TE helping in pass sets the first year at least.

I like the DL too. I think he will be useful depth.

The qb is a wasted pick, but who cares.

    I give it a solid B+

    D plus.

Alot of this guys have alot of issues .

    Wilson -super slow

The RB can't break tackles and I have a hard tme seen how he will fit in our heavy set offense.

Most if not all of the rest might not make the roster except for the second round CB.

However I'm not angry about it we had some really low picks.
