The waiver for his workout was so that the NFL wouldn't be held responsible if he was to get injured during the workout and that their was no guarantee the workout meant he would be signed by an NFL Team.

That is why he chose to move it. The NFL wanted to protect themselves and Kap wasn't just gonna sign a waiver that was changed specifically for him. It's like a marriage that ended in a bad divorce and the couple wants to get back together with the same unsolved problems.

exactly... here is the paragraph Kaep's camp had exception with...

from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, grievances, costs, losses, expenses, damages, injuries, illnesses, and losses (including death) caused by, arising out of, occurring during, or related directly or indirectly to the Workout, Player’s presence at the Facility, and any medical treatment or services rendered in connection with or necessitated by Player’s participation in the Workout.

All related to the WORKOUT. Kaep's camp twisted it to be that he can never file a lawsuit against the NFL ever again, when that clearly is not the case.

NFL set up a "Workout" for Kaep for a bunch of teams. But it was closed to the media and seemed sketchy, so he canceled that at the last minute and held his own. Which several teams, including the Titans, still attended.

25 were going to show at the NFL workout, only 8 showed for the Kaep workout.

also to mention, 40 minute workout against air and he threw some good passes.

Yeah, you are right about somethings. It did take a ridiculous amount of time for a portion of our fanbase to finally see that Mariota was not an NFL starting level qb. In fact, aren't you one of those people?
