I agree hump isn’t a great returner, can you prove it’s hurting his WR ability? Probably not. The track record for AJ25 playing DB worse while performing duties of returner is proven.

And once again you state an ability for AJ25 that he hasn’t shown. Zero TDs.

 

Saying its because he was returning is a joke lmao. Hes played just as well as his entire career as he is right now. Its more so just because hes not getting as many snaps

Also aj has had several really long returns a few tds called back and 1 or 2 in pre season for TDs. Hes also had big plays on offense dude is a playmaker with ball in his hands

PR/KR also add injury risk when the backup is Sims. No one wants to see sims as displayed today.

 

As bad as our offense is with Tanny we need whatever spark we can get and he gives us a chance with the ball in his hands

 

As much as I've hated Jackson, my God he was missed today. No way Evans has the day he had with Jackson covering him. Sims is decent, but he is more equipped to play in the slot vs #3's not on the outside vs an elite WR.

 

Interesting comments since Humphries is a better punt returner than Adoree and has a better chance of breaking one. Jackson is a pretty good cover guy and he was definitely missed. He gets way too much flak over his play. With that said Evans makes most CBs look bad. He has done it to Lattimore.

Clearly another misunderstanding on your part. He was better than AJ25. Jennings isnt not my boy and you’re still wrong unless jackson starts to take over the duties which he won’t.

 

Dang. Didn't realize we cut Jennings. Think that hurts. He was some outside receiver depth and his kick coverage was underrated.
