24 hours later and I am still checking ESPN to make certain they counted this as a win, that kind of stuff NEVER goes TN's way EVER, let alone 3 straight plays (more or less). When Butler got hit with the PI I thought "welp that's the end of that" and yet it was only the beginning of the madness... I'm not that optimistic we can string a bunch of wins together, but am more than happy to be wrong !!!

There are shots from the goaline down the line and both times you can see the knee hit clearly before he crosses the line.

Yea, I said in shoutbox mid-game that Tannehill is basically playing like a confident Mariota.

We all can agree Tannehill had a great outing - but now is where the true gauging comes in to place --- Can he string them together? Can he consistently put up 250-300 yard games w/ 2 TDs?

We don't need him to be Peyton out there - just a very fine game manager. If he can, every given sunday, produce those numbers.... We win.

Not only that, it keeps our defense fresh, not just drive by drive, but an overall health aspect of it... Keep our guys off the field as long as necessary to avoid impacts to players like Rashaan, Jayon (We don't even have to make that goaline stand if Jayon was covering Ekler instead of Woody), or... hold your breath, Jeffrey.....

So I just got back from Carolina and watched the game so let me just quickly sum my thoughts up:

    1. They need to give Vrabel some kind of assistant to to help the man stop making boneheaded decisions. You challenge that spot.

    2. With that said, the NFL HAS to do something about getting replay views from the 1st down sticks down the line instead of the angled shots.

    3. WTF was Tannehill doing going high on that sneak anyways?

    4. Good game offensively but Art tried to get cute on a critical down with that AJ jet sweep.

    5. For the love of GOD, WTF was that prevent defense chit after we go up 10? Isn't that what got Peas fired in Baltimore?

Like I have said before we need to hire someone to implement common sense in all decisions

Tannehill was born 4 this. He's got the silent swag that people wish that our previous QB did.

    LOL CHARGERS SHOULD'VE WON

Under the microscope, Vrabel & Smith once again floundered to score big even with a strong arm QB at the helm and playing in front of the home crowd against one of the weakest teams in the league. Where's the convincing victory? The answer is, even the best QB ever would struggle with this offense.

The Titans played as well as they possibly could under this regime and should be commended, but their best just not good enough. Must they all lose their jobs as well?

Forced to punt, kicking field goals and failed 4th down conversion, what do you call it? Believe me, Vrabel is eyeballing his players for this. There is no mirror in his dressing room. Well the truth is not going to cut it against good teams, no way! This a sinking ship.

The continued inability to outwit the opponent and sustain drives will inevitably be Vrabel's forte and the Titans demise. And to boot, he's the sort that would be critical of his own mother in order to keep his job. Get him the hxll out of there!

Although I consider the Titans to be quality I don't consider them to be a well coached team. The rat ball style of offense proves once again "lack of points" which any no named team in the league can exploit and benefit from. The bla bla one track mind process of moving the ball has always been a bad offensive scheme. A play and no work, lazy man's approach to play calling. Either Vrabel & Smith do not work for a living or they don't belong at this level. One thing is for certain: They stink!

The game with the Chargers clearly proves that Mariota was not to blame for the team's woes. Vrabel should be reprimanded not only for scapegoating one of the best QBs in the league but also any damage that that may incur.

BTW, what greenhorn coach out there would think of himself so error free, so high and mighty that he'd bench the team's up and coming starting QB? Lol, are you kidding me? Are we that gullible that we can't see the damage the clown is doing? Just who the hxll does he think he is? Like Goff and Krubinski who also have struggled and any other decent QB out there where is the support? My God, support your QB for crying out loud and let him play out the season, greenhorn. The world doesn't stop rotating just because you're on the sideline. You're a God awful coach and it's high time you admit it.

What FG kicker would miss four field goals in one game? Vrabel strips players of their confidence, too much pressure by a greenhorn coach who does not realize the affect he's having on the players. Where's the shrink?

Vrabel comes off as being disgusting and repulsive. I never knew a greenhorn coach to be so repugnant. Yeah, the Titans should have lost the game but instead they drag on their misery.
