Simmons to practice next week, eyes week 7 for possible debut.

His first practice was last Wednesday. You lose.

 

I was overly impressed by Simmons yesterday, he wasn't only winning his matchup, he was straight bullying grown azz men. Also just the fact he is back so quickly from the acl is incredible. I expected him to play this year but thought it would be week 12 or so. Cant remember the last time our 1st pick had such an impact in his first game. (Well not counting the now long forgotten first game from Mariota)

 

his presence makes a possibility for a Top 8 defense.... to be Top 4?

 

He really did. He absolutely destroyed anybody blocking him.

 

Looks like he could become worthy of two first round picks. The concerns regarding his injury are laughable now.

 

Yeah. And none of the defenders taken above him have done jack. He could still win droy. Lol

Big Jeff is an animal man....I’ve been saying it since we took him. Dude manhandled people in college and what impressed me a lot, was his motor taking on double teams...I really hope he stays healthy and continues to develop. We haven’t had this level of play/potential at DT in quite some time....
