That was my preseason thinking as well, but how can you let this years best player walk? Remember, we wont be having to take on one of those colossal QB contracts now. We can float a big CB deal for Logan Ryan.

And that sounds like a smart plan for a team with a rookie QB, build up the defense for him.

I'd love to keep this unit together. Add in a healthy Simmons with another year for Landry and Evans and the Titans D will be a force for years to come.

Yeah I was down on Adoree when he was muffing and getting blown up on punts with little returns. He had a run where he was getting torched also. But the last of couple of games without the PR duties- he’s been above average and he does tackle really well for a little guy. So overall I’m back on the bandwagon to keep this guy around.

Just keep him away from punts and I'm happy with him.

Anyone remember under Mularkey, at Arizona I think.

We lost in a low scorer, like 13-10.

Anyway, last play of the game on 4th & 10 needing to get into FG range, our option was a pass to Adoree, who I'm pretty sure was in his rookie year.

Not massively relevant to this thread, but I suppose just further shows how hes been asked to be more than just a CB...

Still on an efficiency basis, he's allowing the 2nd least production per snap of all CBs in the league. And he was matched up against Julio several times , so it's not like they are just throwing easy assignments at him

Considering Tre’Davious White was also available? Yes.

Guy has outplayed Adoree their whole careers and was picked 9 picks later.

Once again, poor positional evaluation and drafting on Jfrauds part.

I think we drafted Adoree for his dynamic playmaking ability and hoped he'd be a good corner. He's proven to be a pretty good corner, but not a playmaker at all.

I think that is a good risk to take that has mostly worked out.

I initially had no problem with this pick based what he did in college.

Hopefully he can continue to improve, because like you said he hasn't been a playmaker at all. He's been serviceable at best.

Can't figure out why he isn't more dynamic as a PR. I mean it's abysmal that Hump is our PR and he completely sucks at that, yet he's our best option.
