    We have the option to franchise tag him, so in my scenario we would use the tag and then flip him, like the Texans did with Clowney.

    Depending on how he fininshes 2019, I think it's fairly likely we'll tag him anyways. It's a 1 year deal and gives us stability in 2020. But we're most likely in the market for a QB this draft or 2021 unless Mariota stays healthy and balls out for the remainder of 2019.
