    Good article from the Tennessean about how much having a year of experience will make Vrabel a better head coach.

    Titans' top minicamp development? Mike Vrabel, one year later

    "He appears more assured, in command. There’s no time wasted."

    I think it comes natural for Vrabel when he's working directly with players. It's the logistics of running the team where he'll be much better, IMO.

    I think he had a pretty good first year, let’s hope he continues to grow into the role.

    He has one of the most talented Titans teams that we’ve seen in a long time so as long as Mariota can finally pull his weight, we should be ready to take that step into contender category.

    If not, then the only piece left to address will be a new QB in the next offseason. Hopefully like Denver when they got rid of Tebow and brought in Manning. Instant SB contenders.

    That article was a meh fluff piece.

    But I do think Vrabel is the best thing we've got going. That and our personnel changes (draft/FA) definitely improved the team.
