I haven’t studied too much draft yet can someone give me a heads up if K’Neal Harry (Anquan Boldin 2.0) would be available for the Titans?

I wouldn’t be upset with pass rusher 1st and then a WR 2 but the draft being in Nashville - don’t rule out a “splashy pick” and what splashier than a WR (after QB that is).

Let it be known that I traded away next year's 1st rounder to make this happen. And that the idea of Josh Allen being available at 19 is a twee bit unrealistic. Still, this would be an EPIC draft.

    Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 19: Josh Allen, OLB, Kentucky (A+)
Round 2 Pick 1 (ARI): Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma (A-)
Round 2 Pick 19: Chris Lindstrom, OG, Boston College (A)
Round 4 Pick 19: Demarcus Christmas, DT, Florida St. (A)
Round 5 Pick 19: Drew Sample, TE, Washington (A+)
Round 6 Pick 15: Ed Alexander, DT, LSU (A+)

If he’d be available with which pick? There are some who believe he’s the best wr in the draft and others think he’s a 2nd or 3rd round pick.

In short...he can make exceptional catches...but why are so many of his catches contested and how will these translate in the NFL?

    Rd 1 Bum from Clemson
Rd 2 Reach for falling edge (bust)
Rd 3 Traded down; draft some unknown from central TN.
Rd 4 OL (future titans starter... aka not even average)
Rd 5 silky smooth WR from some B-league conference... makes the team

    My last one...

Step 1: Sign IDL FA help. Suh?

    Step 2: Draft

    pastedImage.png

    Draft trades:
    1-19 and 2-19 to Oakland for 1-27 and 2-3.
    2-3 to Buffalo for 2-8 and 3-10
    6-15 to Indy for 6-26 and 7-26

That guy Wesco is a blocking tight end, but he has good balance and YAC for a slow guy...

Me likely. Except that Polite is a dipsh it that doesn’t deserve a spot in this team.

Can't really argue with that. My thought was if our staff and vets can get him to grow up a bit and he plays more like his tape and less like his combine and workouts, he is well worth a mid 3rd (if he's even available that late). Draft another edge guy just in case (Maxx Crosby in this case).

I'll be shocked if Polite gets out of the 2nd round. His tape is too good.

    WalterFootball.com: NFL Hot Press

A year ago in this space, we wrote about how Titans sources said Boston College defensive end Harold Landry and Alabama linebacker Rashaan Evans were top candidates for Tennessee. The Titans ended up drafting both players a few days later. A year before that, the same sources told WalterFootball.com to mock USC cornerback Adoree' Jackson to Tennessee. Obviously, this track record speaks for itself.

This year, those same sources said that it is more difficult to project who Tennessee is going to take. If there is a run on quarterbacks in the top-16 picks, that could push some unexpected talent down to the Titans. If there is not a run on quarterbacks then some of the players Tennessee covets the most could easily be off the board. Still, these sources shared who they believe are top candidates for the Titans this year. That group includes Clemson defensive tackle Christian Wilkins and Florida State edge rusher Brian Burns as the top targets. If those two are gone, and they easily could be, Tennessee's next group of candidates include Notre Dame defensive tackle Jerry Tillery, Clemson defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence, Iowa tight end T.J. Hockenson, Iowa tight end Noah Fant, N.C. State center Garrett Bradbury and Texas A&M center Erik McCoy. Thus, the team has a lot of options in the first round, but don't be surprised if one of these names is a new Titan before Thursday night is out.
