For the N00Bs, third day = rounds 4-7

What are some of the prospects you like on the third day? Role players, raw talent, high floor/low ceiling, gadget players, hidden gems, etc.

Some guys who have gotten my attention:

Mecole Hardman -- WR Georgia: This kid is fast AF and is like a Swiss army knife. They even had him playing DB at one point. He is an excellent return guy and is strong in kick and punt coverage. That alone makes him valuable. He also though has potential to be a good WR4, maybe even a 3.

Foster "The People" Moreau -- TE LSU: He is probably the best blocking TE in the draft, something we currently do not have. He is tough, plays to the whistle, can block in-line, in space and out of the backfield. Unlike most "Blocking" tight ends Moreau is very athletic as evidenced by his combine numbers. His receiving ability is at least good enough for a blocking TE.

Lil'Jordan Humphrey -- WR Texas: I mostly just like his name. He has great hands and ball skills but is really slow, like REALLY slow. Pretty much all his work came in the slot. Maybe you can turn him into a receiving TE ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Cameron Smith -- ILB USC: Looks like he could be another Avery Williamson. Two down ILB with great character and football IQ to help overcome his athletic limitations. Biggest limitation being lateral movement. Otherwise, athletically he is pretty solid. Could be a good rotational guy on early downs against run oriented teams.

Daylon "Return of the" Mack -- NT Texas A&M: Those who constantly talk about wanting a "Traditional NT" will probably love Mack -- He is 6'1" and fat. Still he managed a 5.1 forty which is pretty good for a guy his size. Mack was a big-time HS recruit who had underachieved in college until his senior year, mostly due to conditioning.

Sutton Smith. 29 sacks the last 2 years. Tape is impressive. Frequently makes or impacts plays. Rarely gets pushed around which is very impressive for his size and is frequently seen knifing through or around the o-line. Like I said very impressive. See for yourself.

Film chosen is a random game. Not his best.

He'll have a long career on special team, but he's so small. He's got a shot if he can transition to ILB, which I would not bet against

I get the same feeling about LJ Humphrey as I did watching Kamara coming out of UT. I think Humphrey has a great awareness/feel for contact probably due in part of him playing RB in HS.

A name I'll throw out there is WR Jon'Vea Johnson

    Guess this belongs here

This guy has RG written all over him. One of the slowest Tackles in the class.

Mack was like one of the best DL prospects coming out of high school. There’s gotta be something to work with, right?

Mehbe, I just cant like these 330lb types, they dont move well at all and half the time we only use 2 linemen. I guess the late rounds are the place to draft your super fat DT's tho.

Good for plugging holes the 20 or so times they get called upon a game..

Blake Cashman, and obviously the Titans do too... They brought him in for a workout and an official 30 visit.
