The thing about Moss will always be for me what could have and SHOULD have been. Remember we passed on DRAFTING RANDY MOSS to take Kevin Dyson in 98....I can easily imagine 2 SUPER BOWL WINS in 99 and 2000 if we had taken FUTURE HOF'er RANDY MOSS instead....stupid FISHER

Part of the problem here in TN for many years was we had no leadership. No good veterans with good work ethic showing the young guys how to excel.

I think that is changing. Casey, byard, the CBs, Lewan, Mariota on the leadership front, DW...

    That's key.

When I saw the title, before I clicked anything, my mind immediately went to Tyrone Calico. I even still own a Calico jersey which is dusty Af in the attic. He was the biggest flop in 20 years and I'd love for anyone to prove me wrong. F+#k Tyrone.

Close second is Yancey Thigpen. They both are trashmen, and I mean no offense to garbagemen.

Tyrone was a huge flop, but at least it was after he showed something and due to injury.

Hunter is the ultimate flop to me. Like a stripper in a low end club, flashed just enough to keep me interested while ultimately never delivering the goods.

And the fact that we paid not only a first, but traded up to do it, and that he was a beloved Vol, are just icing on the cake.

I can take mild disappointment on a $20 lap dance. It's when you pay $200 for the champagne room and get nothing that stings.

    Calico wasn’t a flop.

He got destroyed by such a devasting form of tackling known for serious injuries that he became the technical teaching video for referees enforcing the Horse-collar or “Roy Williams” rule.

Dude was really coming on before having both knees destroyed.

For me, it's Britt or Wright. Anytime you take a WR in the first and they don't end up a long-term impact player, it's a huge disappointment.

You could have a seperate poll for disappointing free agent WRs. I remember how excited everyone was over getting David Givens back in '06. At the time, it was a big get at 5 years, $24M.

He had 8 total catches before tearing the ACL and his career was over.
