Guys from comedy do well in horror.

Kenny Powers just did the Halloween reboot which was pretty dang good.

Horror directors seem to do well the other way moving to comedy too.

 

I wouldn’t say Get Out was a horror movie.

I’d say more of a suspense/thriller.

I'm still pumped that Gunn is back!

 

pretty good, The Viper and the girl's acting were spot on. I really liked the setting, and the merc suits were pretty cool.

However..

the whole "Queen's lair" was very disappointing, and the ending was super abrupt.. like "we only 90 have mins, gotta stop right there"

it was some nice eye candy in spots though

 

It really pisses me off that you clowns keep trying to make "minority" films into political wedge issues. The point of their successes has nothing to do with your imaginary "lerbbrul agernders!"; the point was that for decades Hollywood said there was no market for any of this stuff and they've been proven dead wrong. Repeatedly.

If you let sociopathic talk show hosts tell you how to think you're going to have a bad time.

 

There's a lot I'd like to say. But taboo is gone and I guess in retrospect I should've never even posted that. I honestly didn't mean to start a political debate, was just making a passing comment. But I guess there was never any chance that would not happen on gotitans.com. So I've gone back and deleted it.

Also I don't watch/listen to any talk shows.... like, at all ever. So you're barking up the wrong tree with that one.

Anyway, moving on.....
