Yup! I'm in South Florida. The Heat played the Hawks a couple weeks ago. Carter and DWade both went off for 20+ points. It felt like it was 2006.

 

Or maybe, they weren't going after any of the younger guys. Or maybe the younger guys they did target got outrageous deals not worth their true value. Or maybe Wake was their top choice all along.

Seeing as this signing occurred day 2, I imagine its one of the last two options. Either way, I doubt spending $10M on wake is the reason we didn't/probably wont sign anyone else.

 

We would’ve had to pick up an edge or DT in free agency , hopefully we still do.

 

I imagine we will get DL and edge rushers early in the draft.
