Haven't seen either of them. But I did walk away wanting to see more of Clayton Thorson, Kyle Shurmur, and Brett Rypien.

Will Grier might also be someone to watch if he falls out of the 1st round.

Saw Grier against my Hokies at Fed Ex year before last, and I was impressed with him. He will be a pro. He takes risks and it doesn't seem to affect him when it fails, and his deep ball is pretty good too.

Hes gonna be an interception machine in the NFL. Lot of dropped balls by DBs in college.

    I like the arm tho..

Clay Thorson is a name i;ve seen brought up alot. I watched a couple of his games. Didn't watch it to take notes tho, but first impression was could be a diamond in the rough.

This QB class could surprise. I'm not sure there will be any surprise stars. But QBs like Browning, Minshew, and Thorson are mid to late round guys who have what can't be measured- heart, competitiveness, and leadership.. They are all "the" guy who dealt with adversity and elevated their teams- unlike QBs like Murray and Haskins who walked into ideal situations with pretty good recent track records of success from the position and team in general. I think they all have tools to at least become backups, and maybe surprise if they get a chance to start.

Thorson is our guy. I'd take him in the 3rd, and I'm seeing him fall to 4th in mocks

People at the combine said he had "Patriot" written all over him. I think we know what that means.
