this is a bit shocking....

 

This seems like another one of those PFF stats that makes me wonder how exactly they grade this crap. Not sure Stocker was even the best Titan TE. Smith had a slow start when he was shoved in to prime time starter, but played pretty well until his injury.

I don’t think Firsker would qualify.

 

I thought Stocker played very well.

 

As long as he’s not taking handoffs I think he did ok too. I just don’t think he’s asked to do much outside block either. That’s why I thought Smith would rank better.

those with MariotaDS probably need to shield their eyes....
throw the ball more! the kid can do it!



also if you click on it and read down the thread he breaks it down by specific ranges and sides of the field. mariota is either really high or really low in most. this format doesnt account for volume though so some of the category leaders had only 1-2 passes of that type

 

Let's see Mariota attempt as many downfield throws as these other QBs, and see what his percentage looks like. And most of his attempts were PA to wide open receivers.
