Hakeem Butler, Hunter Renfrow, David Sills are the best fits for this Titans offense in my opinion.

I don't want to be this guy, but I think this would be a inopportune time to draft a receiver. The Titans need Mariota to have a good season, and having a rookie WR next season would not fix anything. Most need a season or two to develop. Unless they happen to get extremely lucky with a WR prospects like ODB, Tyreek Hill, or Juju who can produce right away, then true value at WR is in free agency or trades this year. Drafting these elite players is so rare I just don't have much faith in the Titans drafting a talent like this at receiver given the draft history of the franchise. This probably means nothing, but come draft time... if the Titans pick a receiver in the first I think I'll throw up.... unless it's Hakeem Butler.

Now, if Mariota was a Roethlisberger, or any other veteran QB that can coach up rookie recievers (Rodgers), then that would be a different case. This isn't the case.

Draft a receiver after round 2, and pickup two receivers in free agency. Tyrell WIlliams and Adam Humphries would even out this depth chart at receiver.

a First Round WR really cannot happen, at least until next year

Im not dismissing a 1st rd WR. The FA market really isnt all that great after 3 guys. If we want a talented WR the draft may be the way to go.

WR's cost a pretty penny and JR has used the draft to pick up premium positions like WR vs spending big in FA.

If not the 1st rd then we could pick one somewhere close.

I would not argue at all with a second rounder. Free Agency will be our looking glass over what position will be more likely to go in the first

Some good ones could definitely fall to the 2nd round. With as stacked as the defensive side of the ball is this year, I wouldn't be surprised at all for someone like Deebo Samuel to be there when we pick in the 2nd.

Let me submit 2 FA names that could be good fits that I don't think anyone has mentioned (I haven't read the whole thread, so forgive me if someone has).

Adam Humphries - Has the TB connection with J-Rob (though he was undrafted, he was a UDFA in 2015). Actually had more catches than Corey Davis last year and had almost as many yards (800+ yards last year).

Cole Beasley - Exactly as many catches as Corey Davis last year but 200 less yards. He may even fit our system better than the one Dallas has, if we used him on quick passes to the slot WR.

Both would play primarily out of the slot and are good possession guys and could keep the sticks moving.

I want a size/speed freak. Humphries and Beasley are neither of those. Gimme Robby Anderson or Tyrell Williams or draft Parris Campbell.

I don't think one player solves our WR problem. We need to sign a vet and draft a young guy IMO. We can draft a physical freak as you say and also sign a vet. It doesn't have to be one or the other.

Man... I just read that it may only take a 3rd to get AB. That seems crazy, right?
