    Outside of a bunch of suggestions to basically steal someone else’s OC, I’ve got no real issue with this hire. Hope he does well and he seems so unknown that with a good year, there should be no concern for him to get a HC gig and jet.

    Being that he isn’t just a ‘Lefluer’ guy, he doesn’t really have any ties to keep the same offense in place. But since he has been around the team for a while, he should still be able to bring that continuity to the O. He will be very familiar with not only Lefluers playbook, but also Mularkey, and he should have a good idea of what works / doesn’t for Marcus.

    This guy turned quite a few of our TEs, who shouldn’t have even have been employed, into serviceable players.

    I’m not gonna write him off like he is a bum just yet.

    I'm still mad about the Mularkey hire in the 1st place. That was the perfect time to right the organization but Amy gave up. Feels the same with promoting Smith from within. He may do well or he may not. I'm not mad, upset or surprised but this is just the Titan thing to do...smh. Lets just see what we do with the draft.

    Coaches on proficient offensive teams don't even have to call plays before getting HC job offers now. Good luck convincing them to bet their future on a QB who has been injured every single year in the league, when their stock is getting inflated while risking nothing in their current positions. We never had a shot at anyone decent outside of this organization
