I mean counciling in the job related sense, not psychiatric. Like, “use common sense and don’t be jerk.” It isn’t smart to punish a player for attending his brother’s funeral. Bad for moral, bad for chemistry, bad for the team and for the league.

 

Lewan does not need more fire, ask Josh Norman. He was the best player on O.

 

Especially given the fact this player was almost certainly in his 20s. So likely his brother was not too old. Makes it worse when the deceased passes before their time.

This guy is too qualified to coach in TN. Vrabel likes to challenge his assistants with jobs they're not best suited for. Like having a former lineman coach TE's and a RB coach Oline and a WR coahcing RB's, and crap like that.
