    Very surprising. Their OLine was great. I know this isn't Reich's guy bc McDaniels brought him in, but you would think with how well his unit did he would've stuck.

    Lol went from one of the worst olines in the league to the best and you fire the dude. That's just arrogant on the part of Dr frank suess. Hope the oline takes a huge step back and luck starts getting rocked again

    Articles say he basically abused a starter who left the team to attend his brother’s funeral. He yanked the guy from the line-up and told him he wanted players who play through hardship. Then the guy was waived, the Raiders picked him up and plugged him in as a starter. Seems like counciling would have been the next move, not firing him.

    Pretty sure the O-line coach had no part in waiving the guy....that likely did not happen without GM and HC involvement. Thought if true, that is pretty harsh treatment. I think about the Kelly situation on our squad and how much class was obvious in how it was handled by the organization and by Kelly himself.
