Henry only deserves an extension if he fixes his pass blocking skills period. There's to many backs out there that can run well, if you pay one big money they have to run, catch and block well. Rbs are some of the most athletic guys in the league, we can just get another athletic freak in the draft next year. But, if he learns how to pass protect im all fo signing him to a 6-8m a year deal.

If vaccaro is resigned, how do you all feel about attempting to convert cyp to a outside Lb/SS?

Also, how do you all feel about moving conklin inside?

I like both ideas in theory. Kelly was a better rt this year, but conk was hurt. So maybe it'd be a good idea to move either one inside, then we only have 2 holes to fill. Cyp would be better suited for ilb in our sets, but evans and/or woodyard could move outside when he's in that position. I like the idea of having versatile pieces on both sides of the ball, but our d has more players fit to play multiple positions and that's why i want to keep cyp around. The more movable/versatile pieces you have, the more looks you can give to opposing teams. Cyp, vaccaro, byard and shank will give us a very versatile s group, probably the most versatile in the league. 3 can play in the box, 3 can cover and 3 can blitz.

We have 3 picks invested in Conklin, if he ends up at Guard that draft pick was a huge waste.

Id give him 2019 to show me what hes got. I dont believe he just forgot how to play Tackle, he was rushed back and as a result played like ass. He'll have a full offseason to get right.

Here’s the thing with not only Conk but the entire Oline. I went back and looked up the grades from last year and the whole group as we know took a step back. Kline 75.8,Jones 74.8, Spain 73.6, Lewan 80.1, and Conk before he got hurt 81.8. I firmly believe the scheme change coupled with his injury played a big roll in him underperforming. People respond differently to ACL injuries and he probably never felt comfortable playing. Up until his injury he’s played well so i wouldn’t be surprised at all If the Titans pick up his option and bank on him returning fully healthy.
