Hopefully for his sake he’s a better head coach than coordinator, because that was extremely disappointing

LaFluer is an example of why the Titans can't have nice things.

In 6 of our wins, we scored 25 or more points. We only accomplished that 3 times in '17 with Malarkey. We were in the top 10 in terms of scoring on our first drive, avoiding 3 and outs, and converting 3rd and long. It's not his fault that the spirit of Jake Locker took over Mariota every other game, and that we lost our only experienced receivers. His ability to adapt was a big reason why we were in position to get to the playoffs. You're either all jelly or completely delusional.

I was excited for his second year as an OC, and was really hoping to keep him. I'm not happy he's gone, my point is just that I don't think he's ready for a HC job - he's never called plays from the sidelines, and only has 1 year of calling plays at all.

It sucks to lose him, but Vrabel is the better team leader and I'd much rather have him over LaFleur. I don't care if he's the best playcaller/schemer ever, if he loses that locker room, and can't put the right guys in the right positions, and manage personalities, then he will fail completely like so many of these other offensive schemers that have been hired lately.

Honestly I'm not mad one way or another that LaFleur is gone. Good for him not necessarily bad for us.I wasn't impressed by him so much that it hurts to lose him. I feel like he played it too safe with Marcus and didn't recognize that Henry needed more carries until it was far too late.

Good for him for getting the Packers job. That said, bring on a legit proven OC who can get better production out of this offense. We should never be scoring less than 28 points a game. And for F***s sake no more f***ing FGs!

I agree. I didn't see so much of an improvement in the offense concerning points and in the style or choice of plays that warrants me crying about him leaving.

Don't forget some of his absolutely mind boggling inner Robiskie play calling such as on 4th and goal handing off to Stocker! Just a reminder, Stocker had never carried a ball all season up to that point. SMH

Never thought I'd wake up and see a Dowell Logains thread.

I definitely didn't expect to see such a vitriol from the board about the guy. I knew didn't like him. I didn't think we despised him.

I don't know that I despised him, but I wasn't sorry to see Frodo leave. He was a Norm Chow level OC.
