    I don’t get all the love that these Rams guys are getting. McVay runs that ship, all these other guys(LaFleur,Taylor) are just video coordinators who have zero leadership and play calling experience.

    I wasnt a huge fan of LeFlake, I want my coordinators to know what theyre doing when they come over. bad enough having a rookie HC that has to learn on the job..

    I'm still very happy that we went with Vrabel over LaFleur. I think LaFleur could be a good coach one day, but I don't think it's now. He seems to be a good offensive mind, but I want my HC to be someone to coach the entire team, not just the quarterback and call plays.
