    Haven't read the entire thread, but I have to think Dirk Koetter will be an option. Has ties to J-Rob from Tampa.

    Other names I wouldn't mind - Jim Bob Cooter and Adam Gase.

    What I don't want - an in house promotion.

    If Vrabel wants to keep the current system, it's going to limit who will want the job, IMO. Also, the OC usually has a lot of say on who the position coaches are and I doubt any changes will be made there either unless LaFleur recruits someone away.

    I think this points to the next OC having a past relationship with Vrabel or someone already on staff.
