    Trade back this year if the opportunity presents itself. I would stock pile picks for next year. This team is too good to be picking early enough to get the QB we need or want. Better QBs in next years draft. Maybe Mariota finally proves himself next year. If not, we have the capital to move up and get the right QB in 2020.

    Right now my biggest fear is not who is QB1 or 2 next year, because I believe Mariota is their guy, but what happens if Lafleur actually gets the Packer job. For all the criticism of Mariota, much of it deserved, the fact is if he has to play under another freaking OC and system I wouldn’t blame him if he didnt even try to get a new deal with the Titans in 20.

    I don't know much about college football or the players but isn't Thorson hurt again? Redshirted his first year now again...bordering on injury prone by this boards standards isn't he?

    Taylor as a backup, haven’t seen one post saying he would compete with Mariota.
    Dalton would compete with Mariota because he’s probably better and his history in the league backs that up.

    He played 54 straight games. Never missed a single one all 4 years in college. He tore his ACL in a bowl game his junior year on a HB pass to him deep. He was fully recovered by the start of the following season. He had a miserable O line and WRs. It's incredible that he didnt get hurt more. Dude is tough as nails.
