Well 90% of the roster have his finger prints on them so at this point almost every personnel issues is on him. And we aint got no WR's worth a damn sooo...

The defense is #3. He built a Top 5 O line, gave Mariota a 800-1k receiver and drafted another who looks like he'll be more productive , traded for a pro bowl RB, brought in another proven RB for the passing game, and hired the hottest OC candidate around to fix the QB. What else could he realistically do?

This paragraph says it all and many have pretty much point out the same thing:

" Look at the Ravens. They were bad at receiver last year and went out and signed Michael Crabtree, John Brown and Willie Snead. They went from averaging 189 yards per game passing in 2017 to 284 this season. Robinson added Michael Campanaro and Nick Williams during the offseason. It simply wasn’t enough."

I have asked the question, there are available veteran WR out there but Jrob has done nothing but signed practice squad caliber guys? What is it, do we not have money?

That's why people buy into this nitpicking, because they look at the most extreme positive example of something that we "should have done". Baltimore attempts to overhaul their WR corp every single year. It finally works for them, at least seemingly so, and they suddenly know what they are doing? Of course those guys have so many yards, they are literally the only WRs on the team. Joe has put up a lot of yardage before those guys were around, Mariota has yet to hit 3.5k yards in a year. He has never proven that he can be a volume passer, why do we assume that more WRs will change that?

Anyway, we lost our top 2 receivers after the season began, and our QB is hurt. Every offense would suffer tremendously and demand answers.
