Had my meeting today

Looking extremely positive, we discussed what the contract would look like, it’ll basically be a 30,000 Loan and is Pay it back over the next 6 months, which is extremely doable considering I’ll likely be doing 25-30k a month. If i can’t pay, I walk away unscathed and he just keeps his newly remodeled store w the equipment. Totally risk free for me, in his words I’m out nothing but a good try. Really awesome older guys.


I have 1 obstacle and that’s a local legendary hot dog company might put in an offer to buy the building, but he said they seem to be kinda playing around. He will give them to the end of the week to “blow him away with an offer,” and if they fail to do so we’re moving forward with my concept!!!
