Which the new incarnation isn't doing. Marvel is smart.

Sorry, but the MCU origin movies were awesome. All of them.

I agree with everything you said here except Thor 3. That movie tried to be an comedy hour episode.

Thor Ragnarok is probably top 5 Marvel film for me.

It's nice break from the more serious films.

Like Antman, probably seeing that tonight. It's a comedy.

I certainly don't mind when these films have comedy scattered about the scripts, but I don't want them to BE comedies.

Just saw the last like 15 minutes of infinity wars and have no idea what was happening.

Sorry if this is spoiler for anyone but, Groot cuts his arm off to hold Thor's hammer, he smacks Thanos around a little, then a bunch of people start turning into dust.

Can anyone explain what was happening? The only thing someone told me was about the end with Capt. Marvel coming around in the next one.

Did you not watch the rest of the movie lol

Thor's hammer was destroyed by Hela in Ragnarok.

Thor, Rocket and Groot go to the forge that made his hammer and they make an axe. Groot makes a handle out of his arm.

Thanos got all of the Infinity gems to wipe out half the universe at random.

Thor should've went for the head.

Thanos survived and snapped his fingers.

Half the universe turned to dust.

    No, I did not.
I'm on a ship that is typically 12 on 12 off work everyday (usually closer to 15 on 9 off), no weekends. Because of my job, I can't sit and watch movies but we have a couple channels that play movies all the time, so I do catch pieces of a lot of movies. Yesterday the movie was Infinity Wars and I caught the tail end.

That does explain a little bit and should I expect the next one to have the return of Spider Man, Black Panther and some of the other "dusted" heroes? The Guardians crew got smashed in that deal and why didn't it effect Capt A, Iron Man, Hulk and a couple others?

    It was supposedly random.

Yea clearly the ones that disappeared have sequels coming like, Dr. Strange, Black Panther and Spiderman and the Guardians.

Actually most will probably be back I'd think

Okay, so Nobody else is doing it, but I still do
    Infinity War
There's a scene in which Dr Strange- holder of the Time Stone- looks into the future at over 14 million scenarios and sees only one in which Thanos is defeated. Soon afterward he gives up his Time Stone after swearing to defend it. He tells Stark, "I'm sorry...but this was the only way!..." which implies that it was part of this one scenario, and that the Time Stone will somehow be used.to undo all of these deaths.
