Rounds 1 and 2

True story. We had a need at both positions. I wasn't expecting either to be there at 25. Some teams ahead of us made some strange picks, and JR just took what he wanted. I strongly feel this teams window just legit opened, and with how young the roster is, and a good GM in place, that window could stay open for 5-10 years. Damn exciting time to be a Titans fan. It's about time!

 

I'm a Bama alum, so I knew Evans well and was extremely excited to get him.

I had heard plenty about Landry leading up to the draft, but hadn't watched any of his film. Just watching some of his highlights is astonishing though. He does the kinds of things most defensive coaches at any level only dream of their players doing. His blend of size, speed, power, and bend is just uncommon - even for NFL players. I don't really remember the last time I saw a guy come off the edge that low with that level of balance and speed.

These two guys are going to elevate our defense to a whole new level and I can't wait to see them terrorize the league.

 

I'm expecting Mariota, Davis and Henry to take another step forward and with Lewis added, both sides of the ball should be improved. I'm excited about the season!
