I just thought I'd speak up after seeing everyone say I was being a downer. I'm not being a downer. I didnt like the pick the night it happened and I said so a couple times that night, but i haven't said anything about Landry for days..

 

It’s all good man. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I feel we have had way worse drafts, but only having 4 is meh. Only time will tell.

This was a slam dunk pick. Moving up for this guy was a no brainer. I don't care about losing any picks. We got 2 top 20 players.

Lol @ anyone saying we could have had Lorenzo Carter. Dude made a name off 1 game & the combine. Landry is a baller. The 16.5 sacks 2 years ago were nuts.

Anyone calling him Dodd has probably never watched him play. He'H the anti Dodd. Actual bend and explosion.

Landry is also entering an incredible situation. Pass rushers take some time. He's gonna learn from 2 excellent pros in Morgan & Rak while just playing a situational role as a rookie. Plus Vrabel and Pees can really develop him.

I’m excited about Landry and Evans for that matter . So long as Landry is healthy it’s already obvious he has burst and bend like nobody on our squad . I’m sure in college he was being keyed on ridiculously, if he gets 1 on 1 opportunities, he looks dangerous. Boston College sucked if I’m not mistaken. Also Luke Keikley (xcuse spelling) came from there so that’s good luck !!!! Evans and Landry equal MORE PRESSURE bottom line and that’s good especially with our back end improving.
