    In the end, if we lose games we will all hate the new uni's. If we win we'll love them. It's Titan/NFL logic.

    Exactly. People love the traditional jerseys of teams like the Packers because of their history. It isn't because they look good from a design standpoint.

    It all goes back to 70's baseball for me. Cards to be exact. There were so many cool uniform sets in that period. Within a year or so I moved on to football, which seemed to be a bit more bland, but relegated to a solid dark home set and an all-white version for the road. This is why I never liked when they added color pants for road teams. Looked upside down to me. The only teams that pulled it off were the ones that wore grey, silver etc.

    There were two moments that rocked NFL uniform tradition in my lifetime - one was when Cincy went from being a total Browns clone to having the wild ass stripes - and later when Denver added that unbalanced leg stripe that 75% of the league would emulate within a couple of years.

    That deal Canadian teams wearing ads on their uniforms - get ready, we're gonna have stuff like that soon enough.

    Yep. I can see a day when the corporation with the naming rights for a team's stadium will have a logo on the jersey too.

    Chicago and Cleveland havent been great for a while but I still like the classic/ old look.. same with Redskins.. wish SF would look like 70s again
