Seeking Apt / rental in Columbia, Chapel Hill, Lewisberg area

    Anyone with insight on a rental in and around those areas, I'm looking for a buddy. Disabled veteran, very quiet - low key - looking for affordable spot that could see caregivers come and go regularly.

    Not sure what his idea of affordable is but I live in Columbia and hear all the time that the rent is outrageous these days. And also availability is scarce. The town is booming right now (relatively speaking). I have a recently divorced buddy who makes really decent money and can't find **** right now. So he's considering Lewisburg.

    Your friend would probably have better luck in Chapel Hill or Lburg. Of course those towns are much more rural.

    Paralyzed vet who gets nothing from the VA (a mystery I hope to solve). As you can imagine - his income is barely existent. I'd like to see him score a grandma's quarters or efficiency type residence. Chap Hill is ideal (except all that damn sitting water - wtf?)
