Mike Vrabel has finalized his staff.

"Assistants" probably do a lot more on a lot of teams than we know...but no one knows their names or gives them credit.

I'm sure they're guys that Vrabel thought would do what he needed them to do...he didn't just pick names out of a hat to fill positions.

But at the end of the day, these are low level hires that no one should be upset or excited about. That was my point.

Lmao how highly you feel about the qualifications for guys on our vaunted coaching staff.

 

Im not overly worried about it, football is easy, its just time consuming and grueling work to do day in day out

if these guys are up for that grind, cool, but we wont know their worth til we see the on the field product.
