Dion Lewis is listed at 195Lbs...that 20lb difference is significant. I would love for Muhammad to turn into a threat, but if I'm building a roster I'm looking to add a veteran who has proven they can catch and pick up the blitz.

I think this is on the money.

Which backs up the question - why draft him? We had/have a bruising, physical style. Why draft a nifty, small RB?

Look at Tarik Cohen for the Bears, as well as Dion Lewis. The size isn't the issue in the right fit. I wonder if we think the scheme change is drastic enough to allow him a role in the 53 man squad as the #2 RB.

If we draft a RB, the answer must be no.

I agree, let's all put our wallets together and see what we can come up with!

I'm guessing they liked the toughness , and he has a good burst and size which can make him tough to track on the field and has ST value. Nothing brings energy like watching the smallest guy on the field stick it to people.

Just read that Michael Crabtree is a candidate to get cut by the Raiders.

Would you guys take him here? I damn sure would.

All day, he would be a solid get for us and doesn't back down from CBs getting physical plus I want him to beat up Talib in a Titans jersey.

A little off topic, I saw a Bleacher Report listing the fastest players last year and Taywan was listed as one of the top 10 guys getting clocked at over 20MPH. I recall him connecting with MM8 on some deep routes early in the season but then super dumb arse Robiskie never called plays for him again the rest of the season. I hated our old worthless, no brains, coaching staff so much.

Honestly, I noticed Taylor when he was on the field, and felt he was underutilized. I'm all for Crabtree, but I think Davis, Taylor and Sharp all need reps to grow. Plus you have Matthews, I'm not sure there's room for a guy like Crabtree. He's not going to want to be less than a #2.

So was Darren Sproles but filled his role nicely

Duke Johnson is not a monstrous RB either but he is a solid back for the Browns
